Community Wellness Programs

HELPING COMMUNITIES
TO GET FIT
What we do:
We are a company that is focused on helping students, their parents and nieghbors learn how to become responsible for their own health. We have created programs that allow people to exercise and learn about nutrition and wellness at school, after-school, at work or at home. Through placement of a free-standing, self-measuring, biometric-testing health station, participants manage their health by first, knowing their personal vital statistics. We then offer online fitness, nutrition and wellness video and coaching programs that positively affects participants health vital statistics.
Community Network of Partners
Our expertise is to develop a community network of partners that include schools, YMCAs, City Parks & Recreation Centers, Boys & Girls Clubs, and local companies as places where our programs are implemented.
What is a health station?
In today's world, everything has to be accessible by a smart phone or it will probably have a short shelve life. We are working with Higi LLC who manufactures, places and operates 12,000 self-measuring, FDA-approved, biometric-testing, health stations which tracks and measures participants' vital statistics (blood pressure, weight, pulse, body composition and hydration). The health station serves as our onsite wellness tool for program participants. And yes, it is connected to smart phones.

Participants monitor their blood pressure, weight, pulse, body composition and hydration and those measurements are stored on a HIPPA-compliant end-user profile online. Exercise is converted to points and students receive rewards for reaching point thresholds. Schools can compete against schools for prizes.
Nashville Predator's Community Program Launch
Commit To Get Fit has developed a highly-visible community-based youth fitness program with the Nashville Predators that teaches the sport of hockey while participants exercise. We will launch the Predator's program with the Commit To Get Fit program at the initial start of the program as it is placed within schools and the community. Schools compete against schools while improving their health through physical activity and nutritional programs.

Fitness tracking devices convert exercise to points. Points will be compiled and Participants can access the profile online or on their phone. Winning schools are rewarded with exercise and fitness equipment.
